The museum is set up in a traditional mansion near Beypazarı's historic bazaar. Its rooms display local costumes, embroidery, kitchenware, examples of silver filigree and documents on Beypazarı's trading past. The mansion itself, with its main room, sofa (central hall) and woodwork, is a good example of a traditional Beypazarı house. The museum is a good starting point for getting to know local culture before exploring the town's streets.
