Alabanda is in Doğanyurt village, about 9 km from Çine. The city was built on a saddle-shaped area between two heights. In antiquity it was known for its dark marble and garnet-like precious stones. The bouleuterion walls rising among the village houses, the theater and temple remains offer an archaeological site experience intertwined with a living village.
