A 40-hectare nature park on Yamanlar Dağı, surrounded by pine forests, covering the site of a former tuberculosis sanatorium.

Its story
The 40-hectare site in Karşıyaka was declared a nature park on 11 July 2011, and its development plan was approved in 2013. The area was previously used by the Ministry of Health as a sanatorium for tuberculosis patients; DKMP states that the oxygen level here is above the world average. On the site there are a former hotel building and stone bungalows. The park is about 17 km from Karşıyaka. According to the DKMP record, the area is currently not open to visitors.
