Its story
The Erciyes Ski Center is about 25 km from central Kayseri, at the end of the road climbing via Hisarcık to the Tekir Plateau. The facilities lie at altitudes between 2,150 and 3,400 meters; run gradients range from 10% to 50%. The snow depth is usually 50–100 cm, and the season can last from mid-November to May; the best period is December–April. Thanks to its closeness to Kayseri Erkilet Airport, it is ideal for short ski getaways. In the months outside winter, hiking and mountain bike trails on the plateau are used.
