The district's best-known thermal spring, in Göbel village a short drive from Tavşanlı.
Its story
Göbel is Tavşanlı's best-known tourist destination, and the facilities using its springs are run by the municipality. It is about ten minutes from the district center. The nearby town of Tepecik is known for its water buffalo yogurt, kaymak (clotted cream) and village bread; it can be added as a local food stop on the way back from the springs.
