Its story
The Çorlu Yılmaz Büyükerşen Wax Museum opened in 2020 in the city's historic municipal building, dated 1903. The museum displays more than a hundred wax figures depicting writers, artists and statesmen from Türkiye and around the world. The figures were produced in the workshop of Yılmaz Büyükerşen, known for the art of wax sculpture. It is one of Çorlu's easiest places to visit for families with children and on rainy days.
