Its story
Şarköy district has a coastline of about 60 kilometers. The waterfront of the district center fills with holidaymakers from Istanbul and Thrace in summer. Vineyards and olive groves stretch across the slopes behind the shore; for this reason the coast can be explored together with the vineyard route to Mürefte and Hoşköy. Out of season it has the atmosphere of a quiet seaside town.
