Büyük Saat Kulesi (Great Clock Tower)

Built in the 1880s and about 32 meters tall, one of the tallest clock towers in Türkiye.
Its story
The tower was built during the governorship of Ziya Paşa in Adana and completed around 1882. With its cut-stone shaft, it is a meeting point in the middle of the historic bazaar. Damaged during the War of Independence, the tower was later repaired; it is visited together with the surrounding Kazancılar and Bedesten bazaars.
