Kaleiçi Marina (Historic Harbor)
Muratpaşa, Antalya
A small harbor at the foot of the walls, in use since antiquity; today the gathering place of tour boats and yachts.
Its story
Kaleiçi's streets wind downhill and end at this small harbor protected by the walls. It is the historic harbor that connected the city to the sea in the Roman and medieval periods. Today tour boats and yachts moor at its quay; the Toy Museum is also in a historic han within the harbor. The view from the quay toward the cliffs and walls is one of the most photographed scenes in Kaleiçi.
