Its story
Soğanlı Botanical Park was laid out near the Nilüfer Çayı as a city park with large lawns, ponds and hundreds of plant species. The Bursa Zoo right next to it is home to many species of mammals, birds and reptiles. The park has walking and cycling paths, picnic areas and playgrounds. In spring, during the flowering season, the park is especially colorful. Being close to the city center, it fits easily into a half-day family program.
