Its story
Prostanna was a city in the Pisidia region important enough in the Roman period to mint coins in its own name. Its remains lie on a mountain slope southwest of Eğirdir, overlooking the lake from above. Since it has not been excavated, the buildings are largely under soil and vegetation; traces of walls and foundations can be made out. It is a quiet destination for those who want to hike in a spirit of exploration.
