Ölüdeniz-Kıdrak Nature Park (Kıdrak Bay)

A protected nature park south of Ölüdeniz, in Kıdrak Bay where the pine forest meets the sea, also with a tent and caravan area.
Its story
Ölüdeniz-Kıdrak Nature Park is a protected area covering the Ölüdeniz lagoon, the Belcekız and Kıdrak bays and the forested slopes around them; the area also has natural site and special environmental protection area status. Kıdrak Bay is a sandy bay at the foot of Babadağ, on the road climbing from Ölüdeniz toward Faralya. The park's operation is tendered out by the Nature Conservation and National Parks 4th Regional Directorate; behind the bay is an area for tent and caravan accommodation. The bay is also close to the Ovacık–Faralya section of the Lycian Way.
